Directions
Assess your individual tolerance by mixing 1 scoop with 10 to 12 ounces of water and consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Mild tingling can be expected and is a normal response to beta-alanine, but if you experience any non-optimum effects, stop and consult your doctor. We recommend taking 1 scoop of PULSE 15 to 30 minutes prior to a moderate workout and 2 scoops before an intense workout, especially one that lasts longer than 45 minutes.
