Ingredients
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Monofloral Manuka Honey (10%), Raw Beechwood Honey (10%).
Directions
Mix 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of Wedderspoon Apple Cider Vinegar with 8 ounces (240ml) of water or juice to make a daily tonic. For salad dressings, mix 2-3 tablespoons (30-45ml) with 3-4 tablespoons (45-60ml) of olive oil and your choice of herbs and spices. For pickling, use 1 cup (240ml) of vinegar per 1 pound (454g) of vegetables. Always dilute the vinegar before consuming or using it in recipes to avoid skin irritation or damage to surfaces. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
