An analysis is performed on the vinegar tanks on a regular basis to ensure that those friendly molecules (acetobacter) are present. As a natural and organic product there will be times where the appearance of the product may vary from time to time. However, because the product is not filtered or pasteurized you can be sure that it always contains ‘the Mother.’
- WHY WATER? – Lucy’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is diluted with water to make it milder and more palatable for consumption. This dilution lowers the acidity to 5%. It also increases its cohesiveness in recipes.
