Using ABLEGRID smart digital body fat scale to measure your body fat and other basic data, please be patient until the Heart Rate Indicator stops blinking and the reading appears. This means the measurement is completed.
How to set unit to KG instead of LB on this smart scale for body weight and fat ?
A “UNIT” logo is located on the back of the weight scale. Touch the “UNIT” to switch between “lb”, “kg” and “st” when the scale is awake. And remember to set the corresponding unit in the Fitdays app (Follow steps: Account > Settings > Switch Units).
