This product contains Senna Leaf and Cascara Sagrada Bark that can cause serious effects with high dosage and consuming more than a week.

Directions

SUGGESTED USE: FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for no more than 7 days continuously. SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM: As part of a 14-day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 14, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. If it is your first time taking this product, start with 1 capsule for the first 4 days.
